Refund Policy

You may initiate a return of new, unused items, within 30 days from your order date, for a full refund, less shipping. We will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (ex: you received an incorrect decal, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

NOTE: Not applicable to custom orders or personalised items, including but not limited to, custom sizes, custom colours, custom text, names, logos, monograms, and signs. Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned. A replacement decal may be ordered at a discount at the discretion of Truevis Ltd.
